Can’t find medical, checkride next week

Hello, I am unable to find my medical this morning, and I have a checkride next week. I called the faa medical office, and they are unable to send me a temporary certificate. They can mail one, but it will take more than a week. I have a copy but obviously that’s not official. What are my options here? Take a medical exam again to get a new one?
