Trojan virus in Cinema 4d from Getintopc. Is it false flag or dangerous?

I downloaded both cinema 4d 2025 for getintopc and when installed my system detects Trojan:Win32/VMProtect!MTB and in 2026 version Trojan:Win32/Conteban.A!ml. Is it False flag or dangerous? I have already removed it and uninstalled. Is it safe? If not tell me alternative to getintopc.
