Sanctum (help).

Hi. I enjoyed running Sanctum in poe2 and considering that I don't like the breach, I want to try Sanctum in this league. Have a few questions.

1. Is it very different from poe2?
2. Can I play it from the start of the league?
3. What's good builds for this? (Not mines and minions)
