I will leave a bad review

Maybe this IS an issue for a small company but if you're calling a 24/7 call center that's obviously NOT that kind of business, the people working in the call center probably aren't even contracted by the main company and their work is from a call center conglomerate, so "bad reviews" based on the product are not a concern for them, if the company fails they'll just go somewhere else within that conglomerate.

But please, keep saying that you'll leave a bad review if things don't go as you planned or as a leverage tool, it won't work, you're a tiny customer from 10000 daily ones, and if you're complaining about a price match, your monetary contribution is abismal and with other people ready to take it over you
