Uterus Polyps & Problems!

Hi! I wonder if anyone else has experienced something similar.

Last month I had been experiencing extreme pain during my period. Unlike anything I’ve ever had before and extreme bleeding. I was shaking from the pain for three days and went to the emergency room. They did an ultrasound and found that I had a septate uterus and a 7mmx7mmx5mm suspected polyp.

I have a follow up appointment in November with a gyno.

Now for this months period the pain is very similar now on the third day but I have not bleed more than two drops. I’m not sure if this is a phantom period. I can’t understand how vastly different these periods are.

I’ve never had problems like this in the past and am getting a little worried here 😅

Anyone have a similar experience before? Could it all be as a result of a polyp?
