anyone else terrified of psych evaluation?

I need support - advice welcome

hi. finally getting a psych evaluation in several months, i’ve wanted one nearly my entire life since puberty knowing something was wrong. but now that i made the call to ask to be on the waitlist, i. am. terrified. especially since i am in a period where my ocd has been much calmer, but this test is encompassing for more than ocd and seems to be very thorough. but still, i was shaking while i was scheduling the evaluation because finally having an answer (and facing the idea that i may just not get diagnosed with ocd) feels like it may be much harder than leaving the door open forever. ironically, anyone here can relate to wanting a real, definite answer, i know i can, but it seems like it’s causing more cognitive dissonance than i anticipated. anyone relate?
