School Redistricting task force, the incompetence

Act 73 was passed on July 1st. What have these jokers been doing for 3 months? They are just now asking if we have student graduation data, certification data, enrollment data... Shouldn't that be the foundation for figuring out new maps? No one seems to want to put any actual effort beyond smacking their lips and wasting even more taxpayer money.
