Why do arab-israelis or palestinians with israeli citizenship seems so chill/well integrated vs palestinians in the rest of the middle east

Ask Israel

I am comparing/contrasting palestinians or arabs in israel ( I know not all identify as palestinian and some would even be offended but some do) and the palestinian diaspora in other arab countries

Basically when the war first began, and Egypt and all the Arab countries refused a humanitarian corridor, it led to a bunch of discussions about how arab countries have had conflicts and political issues with palestinian refugees/migrants. The usual one that gets mentioned is jordan, they had like 2 assassinations including the founder in 1951 by palestinian groups and then there was a mini war when palestinian factions wanted to topple the monarchy. another spoken of incident is how kuwait had a big palestinian community before the iraqi invasion, but the PLO voted against liberating kuwait and there were some palestinians who lived there who were accused of being complicit in the occupation or helping iraqis achieve their objectives, which led to a mass expulsion

Now I am wondering why such things never seemed to happen with israel's arab/palestinian community. Like for example, when the october 7 invasion happened, there wasn't any instance of arab-israelis that I know of helping hamas militants
