0 Offers in over 100 interviews, 5 final round interviews, and over 3000 applications

Is anyone else feeling completely defeated? I don't know what to do anymore. I have been unemployed for over 3 months now and it's the same thing week in and week out: apply to ~200 jobs, attend 5-10 interviews, and get 0 offers. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm going to go insane. All my final round feedback is that my technical background doesn't quite line up with what they're looking for...
