How do I get my VIP photos?

So it's been a month since I saw the season 666 tour in Boise, Idaho. I was under the assumption I would get my photos via email, but I haven't received them yet, so I'm a little worried. Does anybody know if a way to obtain them or who I could contact? Help would be much appreciated! 😭❤️
