ONEW in London - ticket not showing on The O2 Venue app

Hi everyone =)

I’m having some trouble with my ticket and was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation. Basically, about two weeks ago, I received an email from Ticketmaster saying that my e-ticket was finally available on The O2 Venue app. I logged in using the same email address I used for the purchase on Ticketmaster (as instructed), but when I click on “Access your tickets,” a pop-up with an incomprehensible HTML code appears instead. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I’d really like to avoid having to go to the help desk on the day of the concert, 5 hours prior (as mentioned in the FAQs on the official website).

Also, since I’m here, I just wanted to mention that I’ll be traveling from Italy to London to see Jinki and will be staying in the city from the 10th to the 12th. If anyone else is coming alone or looking for company, I’d be super happy to meet up and spend some time together with other Shawols 🥺🩵
