Should I break up???

I had this really really great and 'perfect' relationship. See I loved her very much and she loved me too alr.. And humlog ne to itnaaaaa future mei planning kr rakha tha ki we had decided to have 2 kidss. So sbkuch acha chal rha tha for almost 1.5 yrs. Then I really don't know what happened. See pehle humlog ek dusre se sb kuch share krte the aur ladai v krte the to eventually sbkuchh back to normal ho jaata tha.. Then wo 11 mei gyi aur hum 10 mei(yep wo mese ek saal badi hai aur please koi nibba nibbi mt bolna bhaii😭) so 11 ke starting tk bhi sb thik chal rha h and all we're talking for hoursss and everything like that..You know I'll admit ki meri kya kya galti thi. So around june I started watching GOT(Game of thrones) so i got so fricking invested in it ki maybe I started to ignore her. And yes usne bahut baar bola meko and i tried alr but i guess I was too dumb to understand at that time. So fir kuch dino baad she just stops texting me like before and when I ask her she's like nothing happened wagera wagera. But kuch 1 mahine baad she got angry and told ki haaa she was holding a grudge becuz I ignored her and she was doing the same to me.. I was likee heart broken at that time and I apologized a lotttttt dude a lottt. But uske baad kbhi chizein fir waisi hui hi nhi.. Uske baad she just stopped texting first or calling ke cute nicknamess and all that stuff you know😭..I'll admit I was not saint during the relationship I had bad habitss too(masturbation) but I really tried to leave it even though I couldn't. And yep that is basically it almost 6 monthssss se wo aisehi hii hogyii h na koi first text naa pyaar se baat krna nothinggg😭.. and no I can't leave her because in my heart I know ki she still loves me but idkkk. And now uske ghar pe uski mummy ko pta chal gya h jiske baad she's been ignoring me even more. Uska last msg aaye hue 2.5 din hogye hai and ik it sounds stupid but that's a lot of time for me yarr😭. I just want you guyss opinion about what should I do😭😭😭😭

In short- I was in a happy relationship but she's acting distant and ignorant now and idk what to do
