Poly-Vi-Sol multivitamin with Iron

My NICU baby was born at 34 and 1. He is now almost 3 months old and this vitamin tears his little belly up every day. He pretty much throws it all up on to me whenever he gets it. Is there another option? Is there something similar that’s less harsh. He is breast fed and the Pediatrician said it’s best to keep giving it to him.
