Finding like minded help to grow a business

I’ve been running a business for three years with solid success, but the workload has become overwhelming. I’m looking for business-minded people to take on parts of the operation; either independently or through a contract arrangement.

The company connects artists, community, and experiences. It has two main sides that work together: one hosts real-world events that bring people together through music, nature, and art; the other supports independent creators by managing production, fulfillment, and customer service so they can focus on their creativity.

TL;DR: How do I find the right help? I run a business that hosts events and provides a platform for creatives. We turn their intellectual property into sellable products and handle everything for them, at no upfront cost to the creator.
