After this last patch my Ping ( MS ) is locked to 28

PROBLEM

Hi everyone, I have a question if anyone knows. After this last garbage patch, no matter which mode I play (Rivals, Draft, etc.), my ping is locked at 28. Before the patch, it used to be 18 and would fluctuate a bit, but now literally every match is 28 and it doesn’t move up or down. Is this some kind of bug or what’s going on?
