what do u do/take if u have dysmenorrhea?

as the title goes. i'm on my 2nd day rn and as much as I want to lay in bed all day, need kumayod lol. masakit talaga puson ko and heavy ang flow ko during second day :( hay.

also, pls reco good menstrual cup :) planning to switch soon.
