what were the early signs?

good day!

i just had an ultrasound but my attending ob gyne had to leave and couldnt wait for my ultrasound bc she had a meeting

so i have to wait next week for my appointment then my ultrasound findings saw 3 ill defined structures and my endometrium is slightly thicker than normal, but also has multiple vessels

i feel fatigued lately and what prompted me to make the visit to me ob gyne bc i suddenly had sharp pain and didnt expect to have bleeding because i just had my period 10 days ago

could an ultrasound detect cancer or will my ob gyne conduct for more tests
