Hey all, I just redeisgn CropandGrade, an iPhone post-shoot assistant that finds your best images and tests multiple crops.

Backstory
I shoot a lot when I travel. The real bottleneck is triaging near-duplicates and re-cropping for different outputs. I wanted quick answers: which photos to keep, what ratio fits, and whether the crop actually improves the image. So I built Crop&Grade.

Highlights
• Too many photos: Top Picks uses offline AI aesthetic scoring to surface the best 1–3 in seconds
• Only a few photos: Crazy-Crop explores multiple ratios and zoom levels, then shows before/after scores so you can pick the winning framing
• Ratios: 1:1, 3:2, 4:3, 4:5, 16:9, and cinematic 65:24, with subject-aware margins and headroom
• Auto-straighten and grids: quick horizon and tilt fixes with preview
• Batch review: compare similar shots side by side and confirm in one pass
• Non-destructive: originals stay untouched; export at full resolution
• Privacy: fully local processing, no account, no cloud upload
• Polishing details: light/dark theme, multilingual UI, stable handling for long images

Great for
• Travel album triage: find a top three fast and post the right crops
• Portraits and street: keep expression and headroom while fitting standard ratios
• Product or listing photos: consistent framing across a whole set
• Print and social: one edit, multiple outputs
