Would buying XP to maximise my pilot crew help learn the game faster?

I've been finding ARB and planes fun in general but as I'm trying to learn how to fly i've been trying to do more complex maneuvers but often I find that my pilot becomes unconscious quickly or I can't spot planes as well when I am alone.

Often people drop 70$ on a new modern jet and while i've contemplated getting some premium at rank III, i realized I need more experience and skipping br doesn't exactly help me learn how to fly. I also don’t need silver lions anyways as I have tanks to earn them.

I'm really enjoying early prop at 2.0+ and I plan to slowly learn and research up to BR 7.7 or 8.0.

So i thought why not spend 50$ and maximize one crew slot in each of the tech trees. There's no lineups In ARB so i can put every plane in the same slot right? 10k golden eagles, 1000 golden eagles for each tech tree should maxime all fighter related skills right?

For context i'm not new to the game, I actually have top tier in GRB in almost every tech trees but i've never played ARB before. Once Gaijin added drone spotting i've decided to not play anything past the cold war before scout drones can be found.

Crew skills in ground are very helpful but not essential. Faster reload won't help with bad positioning. With airplanes it seems like it does to me. if my Zero can turn fast it's kinda negated if my pilot goes unconscious every time and I miss all my opportunity.
