Question for y'all, how do people from differing realms have segs?

Since each realm have such a major difference in strength, if the man has the higher cultivation realm, wouldn't he just breeze through the woman's body while she's unable to squeeze him, resulting in him receiving no pleasure?

And vice versa, if the woman is the one with the higher realm, would the man even be able to penetrate her? Let alone that, wouldn't his manhood be crushed to blood mist!?!?

Or have I just not read enough novels and cultivators can deliberately lower their defenses so that even an ant can bite off a mountain?
