I’ve been flagged for MEB for bilateral hip tear and mental health

Best advice? Any advice?

My main concern is how long this process is going to take (not that I can control it)

And that whatever it is I’m actually entitled to, I’m going to get ducked over. Heard a lot of bad stories with PEBLOs
