Is this considered a cuck?

Stupidest question I’ve ever asked but if a seriously crazy weeb deemed an anime girl their legitimate “girlfriend” and had a body pillow and did all that… stuff… to it—like beat his shit to the pillow—and then proceeds to watch some type of NSFW fan art of the girl getting fucked by some other anime dude as the weeb gets off to it, is he then considered a cuck because he is technically watching his “girlfriend” get railed by someone else? Not a joke, I’m genuinely curious.
