Looking for someone to cold email/lead gen for my company

I’m planning to run a cold outreach campaign within my country and I just want to see if this approach makes sense, and maybe find someone experienced who can handle it properly.

I’ve paid for Apollo Premium, but I noticed the issue many have mentioned: if everyone’s using Apollo, aren’t we all emailing the same people? Also, its local coverage seems quite limited. For instance, I know around 1,000 companies I’d like to target, but Apollo only shows about 200.

Here’s the idea I have:

1. Scrape Google or Maps for local company names
2. Collect emails from the right departments
3. Set up domain warm-up and DKIM/SPF properly
4. Use a new domain and Microsoft email
5. Automate sending with Apollo

I’m only targeting a specific group, not blasting random leads, so filtering quality is key and matters more to me than volume
