Charger replacement?

Is there any way to get a Charger with Bluetooth extender (meater plus) replaced or do I need to buy a whole new one?

Got the problem that the battery ran out and it damaged the board. I cleaned it ..m it does charge the meater but the whole repeater function is not working anymore.
