Can someone review my resume? I have solid construction experience and certifications, but still struggling to land interviews.

Hey guys, I recently finished my master’s in Construction Engineering and Management from UIC (Chicago) and have been applying for construction inspector and project engineer jobs, but I’m not getting many interview calls.

Quick background: • About 3 years of experience in transportation inspection, field work, and project management (worked in Chicago and India) • Skilled with Bluebeam, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Primavera, cost/schedule management, etc. • Certifications: OSHA, BIM, CMIT, ACI Level 1, PMP, and LEED BD+C / Green Associate

I’m not sure if my resume isn’t showing the right stuff for U.S. employers or if I’m missing specific keywords or local certs (like for IDOT or city projects).

Would really appreciate if someone could take a look and tell me what I should fix or focus on. Attaching my resume below.
