Seminar hotels porto

Hi
I am planing a seminar for the company I work at. I am looking at different locations in europe aswell as porto.

I have found 3 hotels that meet my hotel requirements(Timbre, Hotel Dom Henrique and the social hub)

Requirements
I want to have 3 more options, we are quite a big group of 45pax so there wont be any possibilites for boutique hotels, apartment hotels etc.
The hotel should be equipped with at least 2 seminar rooms.
Budget around 180 incl. vat and breakfast.
We will hold our seminar end of june.

Quesitons

Do you know any good hotels that cover this in porto?
Where are areas I could look for?
(central options do not meet mostly the requirement due to small hotels or only apartments)
Have you had any experience with company travels in porto where you had a good hotel experience?
