Irrelevant Bachelor’s, Relevant Master’s and PhD: My Chances of Getting a TN
I accepted an offer for an MLE role at a big tech company in the US. My bachelor’s degree is totally unrelated (aside from a few relevant courses and a second major that’s related but not degree-granting), while my master’s and PhD are directly aligned with the position. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the company’s lawyer. Does anyone have any thoughts or past experiences with a similar case?
