Being offered a permanent contract at my job

3 months ago I was self employed and had been for 7 years then after me and my partner moved in together I got a job with an agency and now the site supervisor told me to bring in my passport tomorrow as they are offering me and a few others direct contracts with the company if we want the jobs

Recently they got rid of dozens of agency workers as well.
