Teams/Slack Integration Impact on User Experience for Self Service Absence

How would you rate the positive impact on the user experience for self service absence of building the Teams/Slack integration for initiating absence requests and getting absence balance. We are considering setting this up and keen to know how others see the impact.

Same question for the Outlook integration for showing absence events from Workday.
