Day 13 of Zoloft

I originally got prescribed Zoloft after a drunk suicidal attempt, anyways it’s Werid yesterday I was crying because and my bf of 1 year and 6 months broke up. I cried for 20 mins then after that I can’t see to cry again and I’m not bothered anymore. I keep trying to be sad about the breakup but no emotions are coming out is week 2 to early for it to start working , I’ve took Zoloft before up to 4 weeks and then quit is my body adjusting faster than normal , I can’t tell if I’m sad or not I’m so confused l.
