AITAH For calling my roommates PO

Ok so I 31F attempted to help a down on luck coworker by allowing him to move in for a time. Note I was aware he was on parole, however I communicated with them before the move obviously. He proceeded to steal money for gambling ("on accident") crash my car ("on accident"). Still I believed he would help fix it and allowed him to try by giving money as he could. However, one night as I picked him up from work he seemed off, almost got into a fight in a parking lot, leading to an argument between us where he exhibited erratic behavior and I felt the need to have witnesses present (via video) that incident had me wanting to call his PO but I am not one for drama and not the biggest fan of the system. Then on that same day our boss comes up to me saying he touched himself in front of a customer and tell him he is fired when I get home. I said I don't wanna do this but he ignored me, at this point I feel like I had to call his PO to have someone else tell him he is fired. She instructed me to tell him nothing that night and she will speak to him in the morning. When she did he immediately blamed me 100% saying I did this just to get him out of my house as fast as possible to be clear I did not I was willing to do this the long correct way. As soon as he began texting me I copied and sent the messages to his PO to have backup. So he only had his phone in the middle of a unfamiliar town with an ankle monitor to ensure he doesn't return to my house. Of course I will bring his belonging anywhere he needs but I am a empathic person so I really don't know AITAH here?

Ps: when confronted a different boss said he wasn't fired so not sure if he or not. (In my opinion he should be after that)
