GHHM towing question

Hey Grand Highlander experts. I got a question for you. My wife picked up a GHHM. The car was loaded with (almost) everything but didn’t have the tow package. We were able to negotiate with the dealer and they will install the hitch, bumper cover, move kick sensor etc. Here’s my question, I noted the factory installed tow package apparently includes a larger radiator and engine oil cooler. Are these items already in the GHHM since it is rated to tow 5k lbs? Thanks in advance!
