Heart Palpitations/PVC's?

On DRVD treatment and last week had first infusion of Zometa and the past week have had constant PVCs it feels like. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this or anything similar? I have quite complex cardiac history but everything was genetic and has been fixed with all normal testing. Cardiologist doesn't seem worried about it (we are friends outside of our clinical relationship so can shoot her a text when something new happens, quite the perk) Wasn't sure if it was possibly the Zometa as this is the first week we have had these and have been on the DRVD for 3 rounds almost. Any input would be greatly appreciated as so far the side effects have been very minimal but this is annoying/anxiety inducing.
