Going for pdi on 1st nov day after tomorrow nexa fronx

Its my first car we booked nexa fronx.

Pdi is on 1st Nov, day after tomorrow.

Please help what things we should check how to check tyre, date expiry and also paint jobs not done and all.

What major things to look for ?

Also we have asked for few small accesories which dealer giving for free he told verbally but he didnt give written should we ask for accesories before or after payment? Should we after being satisfied with pdi ask them to put accesories on car and then make payment or how?

We have paid 30k before hand.
