Dangerous Hesitations

Hi everyone, new ID.4 owner here.  I picked up a 2021 pro s model with only 11k on it after someone leased it.  I LOVE 98% of it.  I live in a place where I have to pull out in front of fast-moving cars and jump up to speed quickly.  And I now have lots of confidence to do that, ACCEPT. . . over the last 2 months I have had dangerous hesitations in doing this.  On 4 occasions I have, waited for an opening, then pulled out only to have it creep out at 1mph, I am counting the seconds, 1…..2…..Oh My God-I am going to die!  Then it eventually picks up and takes off, scaring me and the car behind me to death.  4 times it did it making a right turn in “comfort” mode.  I wondered if the extreme turn of the wheel or comfort was the issue, so I started driving only in “Sport” mode (which I now love), but it did it again after I slowed down while going straight at 10mph.  I stomped it to the floor!  And NOTHING for several seconds, and then it picks up.  My question is, is there something wrong with my car?  Or is this a known bug that just happens occasionally?  (I have requested the latest OTA update 3.5.11, but not yet received it).  Anyone else having this issue?
