Stripping and waxing floors
I currently work at a hospital as a floor tech and I've been tasked with stripping an waxing an entire section of the hospital in a months time. My question is, when waxing a room should I go the same direction inside the room, as well as the hallways? I currently use a flat mop to wax. Recently, I seen a video that says you can fill the edges and then do a figure 8 to fill in the gaps. Wouldn't that leave swirls? The halls I can burnish but the patient rooms are not accessible for that last step. How do I ensure the coats look great?
