What do you think about this?

I have a theory about humans, but, as far as consideration goes, it is kinda unethical.

My theory is based on works of Freud, Aushra's system, some general course of psychology in Uni and my own mental wanderings.

As we know from Freud, kid fully forms his psyche until 5 y.o. which Aushra used in her system and works, as well the the concept of Information Metabolism(IM), which every single person has and can be found in another people, which Jung would've called an archetype. It confirms my theory, that every single kid, that is being born, firstly intuitive, because they are curious about everything, how everything works, what is this and what is that. The enviorment, people who this kid talks to, information he gets in, eventually forms his psyche and he becomes one of these archetypes with his own EIM(Energy-Information Metabolism) carrier.

Now, what if we would make certain condition for a kid to grow in? If somebody saw, the concept would be similar to "white room" form COTE, but with the conditions, of kids growing up into a certain type, this way, for example, we might produce people, who would be useful for the society or are necessary, to keep it intact, or for any other reason person wants(ofc without doing harm to a kid, who's growing).

Now the question is, will anybody agree to even consider this idea to be workable and finance it. What do you think?
