Depression, irritability from Reta and Tirz

I’m really struggling with this. I’m on GLP-1s for anti-inflammatory benefits on top of food noise and glucose intolerance, I’m not aiming to lose a ton of weight. I started on Sema for 1-2 months. No side effects, but it also didn’t really work. I switched to Tirz and started noticing positive results right away. I went through a vile without any side effects. When I started a new vile of Tirz (from a new lab) that’s when I got hit with big time depression, brain fog, zero energy, etc. I stopped taking it, but started binge eating and was immediately in bad shape. Since then I’ve tried several different labs, switched to Reta, started Wellbutrin, but am still dealing with crazy depression symptoms. I’ve read about how to combat this, but it feels as if ppl are speaking a different language. I don’t have unlimited funds. Any clear and simple advice for one or two things I could try to mitigate the mood? I’ve now been on some form of GLP-1 on and off for 7 months…i guess only 3-4 for Tirz and Reta, so it doesn’t seem to be time is the answer. Unless maybe it is?
