Company relocating my job at cost to myself. Must they compensate me?

I work for a company that has two sites in the UK. I’ve been with the company for many years. They are closing the one I work at and have offered me the same role at the other which is more than a 100 miles away.

My issue is I’m a father of an infant and my partner and child cannot make the move with me. I would need to rent a place near the new location and divide my time between the new place and my family home.

I have no mobility clause in my contract and cannot work from home, I am required to be at the new location 5 days a week 8 hours a day.

Does the company have any obligation to help Me pay the cost of renting the new place and the petrol cost of travelling back and forth every week?

They have given me the option of taking a redundancy package but I would rather keep my stable employment.
