Pixel 8a issues connecting to known WiFi networks since latest big android update.

Pixel 8a, great phone, love it but since september android update i'm having issues with WiFi connection. Whenever I leave my apartament and go to work 2-3km away my pixel stays connected to my WiFi and is completelly network stunlocked with no access to mobile data or another wifi networn untill I reboot it. Same when I leave my workplace when I go home it's still locked on my work network untill I reboot my phone. I go to my parnets, same thing happens, stuck on my or other network untill I reboot my phone. Anyone experienced that? I completely wiped my phone once and tried rolling back the updates but furthest i was able to go was september. Any help would be great because its not funny to restart my phone 2-3-5 times a day.
