I think it's kinda over

Well, here I am — a guy whose future is probably ruined. No friends, no plans, never been in a relationship. Avoidant (likely undiagnosed AvPD), short, poorly educated (couldn't study properly due to mental health issues), the list goes on.

I'm afraid of becoming "that unemployed uncle" whose family secretly hates him.

All I do is rot in my room, convinced it will only get worse — so why even bother trying?

I genuinely don't know what to do. Any advice?
