Anyone had wall ties replaced?

Currently in the process of buying a property and its flagged on the survey that there is wall tie failure and they neex replaced.

Has anyone had this done recently and can:

1. Reccomend a company
2. Give a general idea of how much it would cost?

Appreciate it will depend on house size etc but any guidance would be great.
