Milk and Honey Tickets

Looking for help I ordered three tickets for Milk and Honey a few weeks ago for some friends and I. Fast forward to today, I just received an email stating the event is sold out, and my tickets are invalid. Is this a common thing? And help or extra tickets are appreciated
