Hierview interview

I have an hierview interview invitation. Although I am confused on what works in these interviews.

I use the following tactics:

1. Use STAR method: be clear
2. Look at the camera while speaking
3. Don't read from the screen
4. Dress formally

Do you guys have any tips on worked for you? (From all people who went through these rounds!)
