Nginx Proxy Manager app stuck on deploying

I got rid of my separate Proxmox server and want to install Nginx Proxy Manager (from app catalog) on my Truenas Scale version 25.04.2.5. However, the app gets stuck on deploying and goes absolutely nuts on thrashing my drives with disk activity.

What am I doing wrong? I found similar issue descriptions but NPM project page has those issues marked as 'Closed' and supposedly fixed.
