i just have a meltdown because someone at my higher level care called me a retard and i was just trying to defend my friend ryan against a guy who was being mean to him and he was mean to me and i hit my head alot and made a scene and i feel very bad now i wish i could control how i respond to people wwhen they say not nice things to me it makes me feel out of control and im supposed to be leaving to go back to my group home soon and im still having meltdowns and self injurious behaviors and im feel like im losing the progress ive made
