### Lite Strategy just announced a **$25 million share repurchase program**.

The program's starting right away, and according to LITS, it's about making the most of Litecoin market swings. Key details:

|**feature**|**description**|
|-|-|
|**amount**|Up to **$25 million**.|
|**funding source**|Available **working capital**.|
|**repurchase timing**|According to **market conditions**.|
|**repurchase method**|**Open market** or via **negotiated deals**.|
|**repurchase strategy**|When LITS stock trades at a discount to NAV, they can buy back their shares.|
|**selling strategy**|When LITS stock trades at a premium to NAV (e.g., when Litecoin price increases), they can sell stock via their ATM program to raise capital, potentially for more LTC accumulation.|
