I could scream at ue support all day

For context last night I did flat rate times (I usually make more for where I live doing this), I had already declined one order so I couldn’t decline anymore for an hour. I get an order 1 milkshake and 1 soda that’s it at like 10pm says to bring it to some hotel OKAY THATS FINE. I get to hotel and then see the HUGEEEE paragraph on where this person wants me to meet them. Wanted me to meet at some campground a few miles away and come around a lake and all this craziness. Well I tried finding this damn campground and could not, also it was spooky asf I was down this dark road no one around I tried calling and messaging the person no response. I finally said nope im going back to the hotel I contact support and they tell me to leave food at the location I was given by uber so I left the order at the hotel. well that person obviously reported I didnt bring the order. Well I contact support today because im like wtf now my rating is down uber support says I SHOULDVE FOLLOWED THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. also take more orders and that will bring your satisfaction rating up. I COULD SCREAM RIGHT NOW😭 there is my rant I hate uber support
