Time for Roberto Soldic to join the UFC?

It appears as though Soldic is free from ONE Championship as he had a boxing match in FAME, a polish organization back in September. After being shelved for 3 years in ONE and going 1-1 (1) is it time for him to finally join the UFC? Despite his lackluster run in ONE I still believe him to be one of the best fighters outside of the UFC.
