Eliminating Naps
My daughter (7.5 months) was a great sleeper - would go 7:30-6:30 no problem in the summertime. As she is growing, teeth coming in, way more active (crawling, rolling over etc) she has been waking up in the middle of the night. I would say she still gets down around 7:30 (after a bath, bottle, bed time routine etc) but then wakes up anywhere from 1:30-3:30. It takes a while to get her back down. I am wondering if eliminating her third nap (albeit a cat nap from about 4:45-5:15/5:30) would help her get through the night. Any insight would help. TIA.
